In order to implement Central processing unit project (CTEP) در فاز اول Development of South Azadegan oil field، نفت و گاز از مجموعه چاه ها به واسطه ۱۰ واحد جمع آوری مرکزی (Manifold) و واحدهای تفکیک گاز از نفت (MR) شمالی و جنوبی جمع آوری و به واحد فرآورش مرکزی انتقال می یابد.در Central processing unit، آب و نمک و رسوبات از نفت خام جدا شده، فشار بخار (RVP) و سطح سولفور (H2S) آن به منظور دسترسی به مشخصات نفت صادراتی تنظیم و سپس نفت خام تولید شده به تلمبه خانه تقویتی غرب کارون منتقل می شود. گاز استحصالی نیز فشرده شده و پس از نمک زدایی به کارخانه گاز مایع ۳۲۰۰ (NGL 3200) انتقال می یابد، آب های حاصل از این فرآیندها نیز به چاه های دفع آب (Disposal wells) تزریق می شوند، ظرفیت این پالایشگاه ۳۲۰ هزار بشکه نفت و ۱۹۷ میلیون فوت مکعب گاز در روز است.
