هزینه های مطالعات امکانسنجی
Explanatory plan برای هر پروژه و ایده منحصربه فرد است و نمیتوان یک طرح را برای پروژههای مشابه به کار برد!. قبل از قیمت دهی طرح توجیهی، مشاور شما نیاز به دانستن یکسری اطلاعات مربوط به پروژه را دارد: اهداف پروژه، زمان بندی، بودجه، اسکوپ میزان آورده، میزان سرمایهگذاری و … از جمله مواردی هستند که بر حق الزحمه تهیه طرح تاثیر میگذارند. عمق Project که خود به اهداف پروژه برمیگردد نیز بر قیمت تاثیرگذار است. اینکه طرح برای اخذِ جواز صنایع (موافقت اصولی) نوشته شده یا برای ارائه به سرمایهگذار، اسناد داخلی یک شرکت است یا برای تامین مالی پروژه یا اخذ تسهیلات به بانک ارائه میشود، همگی بر قیمت تاثیر میگذارند.
با توجه به اینکه حدودِ Feasibility Studies بسیار به شرایطِ خاص هر پروژه و نیازمندی های Investor بستگی دارد،بنابر این با معین شدنِ حدود و شرح خدمات مطالعات لازم در یک پروژه،امکان دارد که برآوردی از نفر- ماه تعداد کارشناس مورد نیاز صورت پذیرفته و با اعمالِ یک ضریب برای ملاحظه هزینه های غیرمستقیم و بالاسری سود-هزینه مطالعات،برآورد و توافق گردد.(Related)
اما انچه که مسلم است اینکه اگر قرار باشد این مطالعات توسط یک گروه از کارشناسان خارج از سازمانِ سرمایه گذار انجام گردد،لازم است میزان و ترتیبِ هزینه ها از ابتدا،روشن و توافق گردد.غالبا براساس یک میانگین تجربی می توان هزینه مطالعات پیش سرمایه گذاری (مطالعات شناسایی امکانات/مطالعات امکانسنجی) را به نسبت درصدی از برآوردِ هزینه Investment،در یک بازه تقریبی محاسبه نمود.
بدیهی است که اندازه ی Project نیز در تعیین درصدِ هزینه مطالعات،موثر بوده و پروژه های بزرگ و پرهزینه،درصد کوچکتری خواهند داشت! از عواملِ دیگری که می تواند در تعیین درصد هزینه ،تاثیرگذار باشد، شامل:

- پیچیدگی و تنوع مراحل تولید در کارخانه
- شرایطِ اجتماعی، اقتصادی و بازارکار
